Adult Psychotherapy
In-person and Online
I am a licensed psychologist. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno (2011). I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with intense emotions and/or behaviors that feel out of control, or who are struggling with anxiety, loneliness, and miscommunication in their relationship. My approach is collaborative, working with the person or persons to tailor treatment to help them reach their desired therapy goals.
My hope is to create a safe, respectful and compassionate environment that fosters the development of a strong therapeutic relationship.
I incorporate research-derived strategies and approaches, while emphasizing flexibility and patient values and goals. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy)-informed interventions.
I am board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology and I am a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™.

I offer in-person and video/telehealth sessions, in-network with Aetna, Moda Health, Premera/BCBS, TriCare, & VA Community Care Network (CCN).
